to data subjects prior to Rockmore Limited collecting/processing their personal data.

3.1 Who are we?
Rockmore Limited is the organisation who collects the personal data from
www.rockmoremanagment.co.uk or www.rockmorelimited.com and in turn makes it a data
controller, Rockmore Limited will use your data to help find the relevant product for
yourself which in turn makes us also a data processor.
Regards to why we collect the data and what we do with it, we will use your data to find out
your requirements and if you are interested in items or services on the website we will find
your requirements and provide you with an introduction to the most suited item, service or
3rd party supplier where we may receive a commission for the introduction, we do not
produce items or services ourselves.
If you are interested in our online packages we will use the details so we can process and
service your order in house.

must be explicitly given. Where we are asking you for sensitive personal data we will always
tell you why and how the information will be used. You may withdraw consent at any time
by going to the contact us page on our website where you can do this via a contact form,
putting your request in the message body.
3.3 Disclosure
Rockmore Limited will not pass on your personal data to third parties without first getting
your explicit consent.
3.4 Retention period
Rockmore Limited will process personal data for the length of any agreement we have in
place to manage a service we provide, if we can’t or you choose not to take out a service we
provide you with we will destroy your details after one year on an annual data review unless
you have opted in for further contact in regards to new products or news from Rockmore
Limited we will always provide you with the opportunity to opt out on all future
correspondence such as email opt in/out.
We have come to agreement on the decision on this time period as we believe this is how
long we need the data to service the client’s needs and in regards to how long we hold data
where client opted in for further contact we will retain this until the client chooses to opt
out as they will be given the option to do on all correspondence we also make contact every
12 months with the client asking them to re opt in if they do not respond or say no we will
destroy their details.

At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal data, you, the data
subject, have the following rights:

hold about you.
• Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that

We will contact you back on the platform you contacted us and we would always request
explicit consent if you wanted us to send an email or contact you via phone.
• Inbound Calls To Our Office Number
We will collect your calling line identification (CLI) along with the agent you speak to may
create a file on our CRM system where we will collect personal information but you will be
made fully aware by the agent of this happening and only with your consent will this be
captured, this will only be collected to help with your enquiry.
• Our Live Chat Service
We use a third party for our chat system called Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp
Business, which is used to deal with customer enquiry’s on the website in real time.
We will ask you for your name and email address on occasions when we are busy and can’t
reply to your chat straight away we will use this to email you if for any reason the chat is
disconnected.
We may ask to collect your number while we are on live chat so we can discuss your
enquiry further, we will also store the chat conversation for 30 days where it will be
automatically deleted and will only be used by Rockmore Limited and no other parties. You
can request a copy of the chat by contacting info@rockmoremanagement.co.uk .

What forms of ID will I need to provide in order to access this?
Rockmore Limited accepts the following forms of ID when information on your personal
data is requested:
Passport or photo driving licence & proof of address (utility bill – from last 3 months)
If you can’t provide a passport or driving licence we will accept a birth certificate with some
form of photo ID & proof of address in the last 3 months.
